Aleesa Samuel of Somerset Academy Pembroke Pines proved at the 3A Region 4 Meet as while she is an all-time great hurdler as the state record holder in the 100 meter hurdles that she holds her own in the sprints too clocking the fastest winningtimes among the regionals for 3A in both the 100 (11.62) and 200 (24.12) meter dash. 

Girls results merge of all four FHSAA 3A Regionals held on May 4th.
