The spotlight is on Aleesa  Samuel of Somerset Academy Pembroke Pines.  The Jr. returns with the top 3A ranking in three events. The 100 with an 11.41, the 200 with a 23.84 and the 100mH with a 13.26.  In 2023, she was the State Champion in all three events.  She is a 2X State 100mH Champion.  In 2023, she was the NBNI 60mH Champion, running an 8.26.  She is the VA showcase 60mH Champion this year in 8.35.
