Recently, Jones ended his recruitment by staying in state and selecting Florida Southern. He joins a Mocs program that is coming off a 26th place finish at D2 Nationals. We caught up with him to talk about the recruiting process, his decision, the upcoming track season, and much more.

Dew Invitational and placed in the top two in each of his races this season. We caught up with the Terrier who will be making the short trip to Chain of Lakes Park, about this weekend's race.
The Trinity Prep Saints have won the last three 2A cross country state championships and are the favorites for number four in 2016. Coach Vinal's teams have always been known for their tight pack running and that will be a key as well this fall with the 1-5 split at 1:04.60 and likely to drop significantly by November. St. Cloud hosted the St. Cloud XC invitational this Saturday. There were over 25 teams from central Florida as well as one from central Georgia. The weather was actually pleasant when you compare it to the rain soaked races we have had the past few weeks.
