The Miami Southridge girls lit up their home track on Friday night at the Spartan Invitational led by their top sprinters Cynteria James and Somiyah Braggs. James ran a nation's best wind-legal time of 23.68 in the 200 meter dash, while also celebrating a win in the 100 meter dash with a 11.90 clocking. Braggs, who was a runner-up in the 200 to teammate James with a sub 24 second clocking and US #3 time of 23.90 had also won the 400 meter dash at the Spartan Invite in a 55.34 PR.
