Palmetto Ridge senior Bernardo Barnhart clocked the fastest time of district week in Florida with his 15:21 personal best victory at North Port High School for the 4A District 4 title defeating the likes of Alec Miller from Sarasota, William Montanye from Gulf Coast, and Evan Crane from North Port in a quality district race with 5 under 16 minutes.
