Top Returning Florida Boys XC Teams Based On 3200m Times

Nease High School led by cross country and track individual state champion Matt Ryan joins Belen Jesuit as the only two cross country squads in the state of Florida with 5 or more returning runners who broke 10 minutes in the 3200 meter run. The big question is if they can translate that track success onto the cross country course and leapfrog the likes of last year's 4A state runners-up Christopher Columbus and other top returning teams in their classification. 

Using 2023 outdoor 3200 meter season best times, we rank the top returning Florida boys teams for the upcoming cross country season in Florida.
