We are halfway through the 2025 Florida XC season. Districts begin in five weeks on Nov. 3rd, Regionals on Nov. 12, and the State Meet is on November 22nd. September has some big meets for the Florida runners. Here is a look at the Top 500 Boys' times in September. As the weather starts to cool in October, watch for the times to continue to improve and the rankings to define who the top boys in the state are as we head into the postseason.

Marcelo Mantecon is the top-ranked runner in the state. The Belen junior at the Southern Showcase established the all-time fastest time in Florida history for a boy XC 5K of 14:35.25 in winning the event.
